  • 4 leaves green leaf lettuce

InstructionsInstructions  Poach seafood in boiling water until cooked, then set aside. In a mixing bolw,mix lime juice,sugar ,fish sauce ,minced garlic and fresh Thai chilies together. Add seafood,red onions and green onions,then toss lightly.Plate Yum Talay on top of green leaves lettuce and garnish with cilantro before serving. Tip:Yum Talay Sauce ingredients: 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 tablespoon of lime juice ½ teaspoon of sugar 1 tablespoon or fish sauce 1 teaspoon of chopped Thai chilies
