  • 200 grams shrimps,peeled and deveined
  • 3 cups chicken stock or water
  • 100 grams mushhroom
  • 1 teaspoon chili paste in oil
  • 4 one-inch stalks lemon grass
  • 4 kaffir lime leaves,torn in half
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • tebspoon chopped cilantro

InstructionsInstructions  Heat chicken stock or water to boiling,add mushroom ,lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves. Season Tom Yum with lime juice,fish sauce ,sugar and chili paste in oil.Lastly add shrimps and turn off the heat .Serve right away and garnish with cilantro. You may fresh Thai chili
