  • 10 very thiny sliced kaffir lime leaves
  • 3 cups frying oil

InstructionsInstructions  In a food processor,blend fish, red curry paste,sugar and egg to a smooth mixture.Add thinly sliced kaffir lime leaver and chopped green beans to the mixture.and mix them evenly heat oil in a frying pan t medium heat. Before making the fish cakes, wet hands in water to prevent sticking. Roll the mixed ingeredients into one-inch balls.Tap and compress gently into patty and then drop into a frying oil until cokked.Once the fish cakes float to the surface,wait a few minutes until they turn golden brown before taking them out to a draining pan. Tip: Sever Tod Mun Pla rirht away with plum Sauce. We normally serve plum sauce with thinly sliced cucumber add a little of chopped, roasted peanut.
