  • 1 tablespoon sake or white table wine
  • 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 3-4 cups frying oli

InstructionsInstructions  Marinate shrimps with chopped parsley, sake, light soy sauce, white, pepper, and sugar and oyster sauce.Reserve marinated shrimps in refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes. Place shrimps on one end of rice paper and roll tightly from the bottom up to from a pointy finger shape. Deep fry until cooked about 5 minutes. Make sure that oil cover the shrimps when frying Sever with plum sauce.
