Description
Garlic fried rice with salmon, egg, pepper and onions.
Instructions
Heat oil in the pan, add salmon and stir-fry until cooked. Add the egg and scramble lightly. Follow by the rice and season with garlic, white pepper, soy sauce, sugar, and light soy sauce. Mix well, sprinkle generously with green onions, and serve with lime and tomatoes on the side.
