  • 3 tablespoon cooking oil

DescriptionDescription  Thai fried jasmine rice with pork, peppers, egg and onions.
InstructionsInstructions  Heat oil in the pan, sauté garlic and until golden; add pork and stir until cooked. Add the egg and scramble until cooked, then add white onion and rice season with white pepper, sugar and onions. Mix well and finalize the dish with green onions. Serve with fresh slice of cucumber and wedge of lime.
