  • 1/4 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro
  • 1 taslespoon crush peanuts
  • 2 green onions,cut into one-inch pieces
  • 1 teaspoon mincedd garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon tamarind sauce
  • teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

InstructionsInstructions  Insert scissors and split the prawn from the tail, grill until cooked and set aside. Heat oil in the pan,add garlic until golden and scramble egg lightly. Add rice noodles and season with tamarind sauce, fish sauce,sugar,andvinegar.After the rice noodles soften then add bean sprouts and green onions. Place rice noodles in the bottom of a dish and prawns on the top. sprinkle with crush peanut and cilantro. Serve with a wedge of lime.
