InstructionsInstructions  Blend pan-roasted giger, shrimp paste, red onions, and roasted coconut in food processor. Move blended ingrednts to a small pot and fill up with ½ cup of water. Heat the pot and season with palm sugar and fish sauce. Simmer for 5-10 minutes or until sauce is reduced and thickened. Tip: Shredded coconut can be found at your grocery store.They are two kinds sweetened and unsweetned. We recommend unsweetened. Thai Princess Sauce Ingredients
