Instructions
Heat oil in the pan,add garlic until golden and scramble egg lightly. Add bean threads and season with tamarind sauce, fish sauce, sugar, andvinegar.After the bean threads soften then add bean sprouts and green onions. Place bean threads in the bottom and salmon on the top. Sprinkle with crush peanut and cilantro. Serve with a wedge of lime. Marinade 1 teaspoon of tamarind sauce 1 teaspoon of sugar 1 teaspoon of vinegar 1 teaspoon of fish sauce Marinate salmon with the above ingredients for about 10-15 minutes and grill until cooked.
