InstructionsInstructions  Marinate mock duck in a mixing bowl with all the ingredients except the coconut milk. Cover and refrigerate for 15 – 20 minutes. Skewer mock duck and grill for 5 – 10 minutes or until cooked, frequently brushing them with coconut milk to enhance the flavor and prevent them from drying. Serve right away with peanut sauce and Arjad. Tip: Mock duck is a vegetarian product usually comes in a can. Most mock duck products available in the made of gluten, safflower, oil, soy bean, raw cane sugar and sea salt.
