green onions ,cut into one-inch size

shredded carrots
2 leaves
green leaf lettuce
1/2 head
icebeing lettuce,chopped into one -inch cube
1 tablspoon
chopped fresh Thai chili

fish sauce

Instructions
Marinate the beef and set aside in the refrigerator for at t least 30 minutes. Grill beef cooked, and then slice into thin pieces. In a mixing bowl, add beef and season with fish sauce, sugar, lime juice and Thai chili. Add tomato, cucumber slices, red onions, green onions, cilantro, and shredded carrot, and then toss lightly. Serve Yum Nuah on top of lettuces. Tips: This is the cut for London broil and sometimes labeled as London Broil by grocery store Marinade 2 teaspoon light soy sauce. 2 teaspoon oyster sauce.
