  • 100 grams bean threads ,soaked in water until tender
  • 100 grams deveined shrimps
  • 1/4 cup finely sliced red onions
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon coarely chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrot
  • 3 leaves green leaf lettuce
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock or water
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

InstructionsInstructions  Bring chicken stock or water into a boil. Add bean threads and shrimps until cooked. Drain out excess water.Season Yum Woon Sen. with sugar, fish sauce,and lime juice.lastly add red onions,green onions carrot and cilantro,Give it a light toss and serve Yum Woon sen on top of the lettuce. Feel free to spice it up with fresh Thai chilies.
