InstructionsInstructions  In a mixing bowl, marinate chicken with coconut milk, sugar, salt yellow curry powder, and turmeric powder. Cover and set aside in refrigerator for one hour. Skewer chicken satay and grill until cooked. Frequently brush the satay with the marinade to keep them moist and juicy. Serve satay with peanut sauce and Arjad. See the condiments and dipping sauces section for the peanut sauce and Arjad. Tip: Soak bamboo skewers in water to prevent burning when cooking.
